As the Lead Consultant, he plays a pivotal role in shaping firm’s strategic direction, specializing in infrastructure development, renewable energy advisory, wealth management, international development and business consulting. His expertise spans multiple industries, where he has successfully guided organizations in achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence. Mr. Hajir holds a business degree from Century University (USA) and a Master of Business Administration from Mount Kenya University, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence and innovative problem solving.
Fuqrudin Hassan
Managing Partner
Mr. Hassan, is the managing partner at FHM Consultants. He is a legal and business expert with experience in dispute resolution, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance, having worked with Kenya’s High Court, the East African Court of Justice, KPMG East Africa, and Sagana Biriq and Muganda Advocates LLP. Additionally, Mr. Hassan holds a magna cum laude LL.B. degree from Daystar University, Certificate in Data Protection from Strathmore University and is a certified professional mediator by Dev Lui Mediation Hub. He leads the firm’s Tax, Technology & AI, and Immigration Law divisions, offering strategic solutions in tax structuring, compliance, and emerging technologies to drive sustainable growth and regulatory success.
